Overview
Jalaran is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to ensure our clients achieve their goals with our CRM platform. You’ll act as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing support, guidance, and strategies to enhance their experience and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and business objectives.
Onboard new clients and provide training to help them maximize the value of our CRM platform.
Monitor customer usage and proactively identify opportunities to optimize their experience.
Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
Collaborate with product and development teams to relay customer feedback and influence product enhancements.
Create and maintain knowledge base materials, including FAQs and tutorials.
Drive customer retention, upselling, and overall satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or a similar role.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Familiarity with CRM tools and software solutions.
Ability to analyze customer data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
